How to work with them

Print. Fill in. Come back.

Worksheets do their work not on the first read, but on the second time you fill them in. That is why they belong in your rhythm — not in your downloads folder.

01

Choose one

Do not take all ten. Take the one that fits the question you have right now — and print it out. Handwriting thinks more slowly, and therefore more thoroughly.

02

Give it a fixed slot

Reflection needs an appointment, otherwise it never happens. Weekly sheets belong at the start of the week, quarterly sheets in the week before the quarter turns.

03

Keep them and compare

Put the completed sheets in your planner. Next time you will see in black and white what has changed in three months.

One sheet that gets filled in is worth more than ten that get downloaded.

Frequently asked questions

Cleared up quickly.

Is the download really free?
Yes. No account, no email address, no forced newsletter. You click on the sheet and the PDF is there.
Do I need a weekview planner for this?
No. The worksheets work perfectly well on their own. They are built, though, to fit seamlessly into the weekview rhythm of week, quarter and year — the weekly checklist, for example, sits right next to the weekly view.
What format do the sheets come in?
As a PDF in DIN A4 format, one to seven pages depending on the sheet. You can print them on any printer or fill them in digitally.
May I pass the sheets on?
For personal use and in coaching sessions, gladly — unchanged and with a source credit. Reselling them or publishing them in altered form is not permitted.

Some worksheets come from the coaching practice of Alin Christoph Cucu (graceperformancecoaching.com) and Cheryl Weir and Associates respectively, and are supplied with the relevant terms of use inside the document. The Ladder of Inference goes back to Chris Argyris.
