A surface is seen.
A line is read word by word.
A coloured label across three days says more than three entries. It is writable, repositionable and comes off without residue – as many times as the appointment moves.
Because appointments move.
Write an appointment down and two weeks later, when it moves, you are wiping and rewriting it. Stick a label on instead and you simply peel it off and place it two columns further along. The difference is not the time – it is the willingness to do it at all.
That is why all weekview labels are made of Film, not paper. Paper tears when you peel it off and curls at the corners after a few weeks. Film lies flat across its whole surface and can be lifted off many times over – with no adhesive residue on the planner.
And because a label is hard to grip with a fingernail, almost every one has a pull tab: sometimes pre-formed, sometimes created by folding a corner over.
Three types
- Labels – coloured bars to write on, for periods and responsibilities.
- Neonlabels – bright, with stronger adhesion, for deadlines and exceptions.
- Stickerlabels – small and plentiful, for individual days and symbols.
Two routes to a set
- By format – the A1 and A2h sets are matched to the grid width of the respective wall planners.
- By type – Labels M, Labels colour and Neonlabels M fit any smooth surface.
Four parts. One wall planner.
This is how an A1 label sheet is laid out – matched exactly to the grid of the wipeable A1 wall planners. Tap a spot or choose it from the list.
Two week markers
The two red brackets frame a whole column – the current week. They are the first thing you place on an A1 wall planner: so that you know where “now” is as you walk past, without looking for the date.
The narrow header strip
Right at the top sit the narrow labels for the header row – for month names, week numbers or your own wording. They are exactly as wide as one grid column of the A1 planner.
4 × 4 day labels
The coloured bands in red, yellow, blue and green mark individual days or periods. Four colours means: four people, four projects or four types of appointment – you decide the assignment yourself.
4 × 2 narrow labels with a pull tab
The lower block holds the narrow labels. On their right-hand edge sits the pull tab – the little tongue you use to peel the label off again without creasing it. Write on it with a permanent or non-permanent film marker.
Transparent, not white. The A1 labels are translucent so the date underneath stays readable. You are not covering anything up, just laying a layer of colour over it.
Seven items. Two ways to sort.
Either by type – Labels, Neonlabels, Stickerlabels – or by format: a precise fit for A1 and A2h wall planners.

from 8.90 €Removable, full-surface, colourful, transparent
A sticker is quickly bought. One you can move thirty times is not.
The pull tab makes the difference
Without a tab you scratch at it with your fingernail and crease the label. With a tab you peel it off in one movement – and stick it back down somewhere else.
reusableNo curling corners
Paper labels stick at the edges and lift in the middle. The film labels adhere across their whole surface – which is why they still do not curl up on the fridge door weeks later.
Labels M SetColour reads faster than text
Four colours are enough for four people, four projects or four types of appointment. You decide what each colour means – just once, and then everyone in the room understands it.
4 coloursThe date stays readable
The A1 and A2h labels are translucent. They lay a layer of colour over the planner instead of covering it up – so you can still see which day lies underneath.
translucentTwo hundred and nine pieces in one pack.
If you do not yet know which type you need, take the set that contains all three.

Four colours. One decision.
A colour system only helps if nobody has to explain it. Four steps to get there.
“If everything looks important, nothing is important any more.”
Three planners, three colour systems
Whenever more than one thing is running on the same surface at the same time.
“Whose appointment is that?”
Every member of the family gets a colour. On the A1 wall planner you can see from across the room whose week is full – without reading a single name.
“When does this have to be finished?”
A Neonlabel on the deadline, a bar across the project run time – and the question answers itself, without anyone opening the project file.
“What’s in which compartment?”
Labels colour are not just meant for planners: shelf compartments, storage trays, fridge drawers. The affordable replacement for magnets and label strips.
