weekview year planners · A4, School Holiday Planner and A5

The whole year
on one sheet.

Three routes, one idea: every week of the year side by side instead of twelve monthly pages one after another. DIN A4 lies open in front of your keyboard. The School Holiday Planner puts one state's school holidays centre stage. DIN A5 folds into your planner, your folder, your bag.

What is a weekview year planner?

A year in weeks, not in months.

An ordinary desk calendar shows one month. If you want to know how many weeks lie between two dates, you flip pages – and count. The year planner lays the year out flat: the months as columns side by side, the days in a row beneath one another.

It is built calendar-week-optimised: all seven days of a week sit together, and the first week of a month is clearly defined – the week containing the first Thursday, to ISO 8601.

One half of the year on the front, the other on the back. Just turn it over.

Alongside it there is the School Holiday Planner A4: the same sheet, but with one German state's school holidays as the main event instead of a footnote.

What's on every sheet

  • Calendar weeks instead of monthly pages – to ISO 8601
  • Quarter and year colours for instant orientation
  • Public holidays, national and regional
  • Moon phases, full moon and new moon
  • 160 gsm natural paper – takes every everyday pen
  • Made in Germany
The weekview principle

Four ideas that hold true on your desk too

They are the reason weekview plans differently from an ordinary calendar – and they open every planner as an introduction.

PRINCIPLE 1

Recognise what matters

Life goals become yearly, quarterly and monthly goals – and from those come the concrete weekly priorities A, B and C.

PRINCIPLE 2

Live in the rhythm of the week

The week is the natural beat. Six days of work, one day of rest: close the old week, begin the new one deliberately.

PRINCIPLE 3

Strengthen the inner person

Outward action follows what is inside. That is why every week carries a quote that invites reflection.

PRINCIPLE 4

Keep sight of your life

A quarter of an hour of planning saves days of work. Thoughts get a fixed place – and are found again.

The one question

A4, holidays or A5?

All three show weeks instead of months, all three lie flat. The difference is the surface – and what takes centre stage. Switch between them and compare.

On every sheet

True of every sheet

The week stays together

All seven days of a calendar week sit together, one below the other – even across the turn of a month. Exactly the way you plan.

Colour as orientation

Every quarter has its colour, every year its own. Your eye finds the period before your head reads the date.

Public holidays included

The public holidays are already marked, along with the moon phases. School holidays are not shown on the year planner – that's what the School Holiday Planner A4 is for, with the holidays of a single state.

Six months front, six months back

The front shows the first half of the year, the back the second. Turn it over instead of leafing through – and both halves are built the same way.

Folded, not rolled

The sheet arrives folded, not rolled. It lies flat straight away, fits into a letter envelope and slips into A5 formats.

Takes any pen

160 gsm natural paper: ballpoint, pencil, fineliner. The wipe-clean holiday and project planners are laminated on top.

The decision

Where should the year live?

The question isn't which sheet is better. They all show the same weekly structure. The questions are: Does the planner stay on your desk or travel with you – and does your year follow the school holidays?

If it lives next to your keyboard, choose A4. The sheet is big enough to point a finger at a week and small enough to slide under your paperwork. Folded it measures 21 × 16.5 cm.

If you plan your year around the school holidays, choose the School Holiday Planner A4. It shows one state's school holidays together with the regional public holidays – Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia are available.

If it travels with you, choose A5. Folded it fits into your diary, your folder, your side pocket – and still gives you the complete year at a glance.

And if you plan holidays, shifts or project phases for a whole team, you'll find the holiday and project planner as an A5 concertinahere. The large A4 sheets sit in the category Project and holiday planners.

Which format suits whom

Four desks, four answers

The same questions – where is the planner when you need it, and what sets the rhythm of your year?

A4

“I want to be able to point at it.”

The sheet lies next to the keyboard, under the desk pad or in the drawer. Big enough to point a finger at a calendar week – and to look at it together.

Year planner A4, folded
Holidays

“School holidays first, everything else after.”

When the school holidays set the pace, they belong on a sheet of their own – not squeezed into the margin. One state, its school holidays, its public holidays: that turns the holiday decision into an afternoon's work.

School Holiday Planner A4
A5

“The year has to come with me.”

Tucked into your diary, slipped into a folder, stowed in a side pocket. If you agree dates on the move, you want the year with you – not on the desk at home.

Year planner A5 and 18M extended
Both

“I plan for several people.”

Holidays, shifts, project phases: planning for a team calls for rows rather than cells. Here you'll find the holiday and project planner as an A5 concertina – the large A4 sheets sit in the neighbouring category.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the year planners

A4, School Holiday Planner or A5 – which one suits me?
Choose A4 if the planner stays on your desk: opened out it shows six months per side, folded it measures 21 × 16.5 cm. Choose the School Holiday Planner A4 if your year revolves around the school holidays. Choose A5 if it needs to travel with you – folded it fits into your diary or your folder.
What does “calendar-week-optimised” mean?
The planner follows Calendar weeks in its layout. All seven days of a week sit together, even when the week runs across the turn of a month. The first week of a month is set by ISO 8601 as the week that contains the first Thursday.
Does the whole year fit on one side?
Each side carries half the year. The front shows January to June, the back July to December – both built the same way. Just turn it over. On the 18M year planner extended it's eighteen months, from October 2025 to March 2027.
What do the colours mean?
Every quarter has its own colour, so you can tell Q1 to Q4 apart at a glance. And every year has a colour of its own – shown as a dot in front of the year number. That way two neighbouring editions never get mixed up.
Are school holidays and public holidays already marked?
Yes. The Public holidays are printed on the sheet, both national and regional, together with the Moon phases showing full moon and new moon. The only thing left to add is whatever is personal to you.
What is the School Holiday Planner?
A dedicated A4 sheet that puts the school holidays centre stage instead of tucking them into the margin – with statutory and regional public holidays and continuous calendar weeks to ISO 8601. It comes for 2026 and 2027, each in an edition for Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg or North Rhine-Westphalia – you choose the state directly on the product page.
What is the holiday and project planner?
A planner for several people: rows for names, columns for the year – holiday, staff and shift planning on a single sheet. In A4 it measures 82.5 × 29.5 cm, as an A5 concertina 84 × 20 cm. The laminated version wipes clean.
Is the planner shipped rolled or folded?
Folded. That way it lies flat straight away and fits into a letter envelope – unlike the wall planners, which ship in a postal tube. The fold is placed so the sheet slips into A5 formats.
Make your choice

One year. One sheet. One glance.

Choose A4 if the planner stays on your desk, the School Holiday Planner if your year revolves around the holidays – or A5 if it needs to travel with you. All three show weeks instead of months and lie flat straight away.

We love the week.
