Shipping & payment
We ship with DHL from Germany. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of your order – you can always see them exactly in your cart.

Deliveries to Switzerland are VAT-free; import duties and customs fees may apply in the destination country. Business customers from the EU with a valid VAT ID buy at the net price.
We are happy to deliver to these destinations, but the order is not placed directly through the shop – simply write to us at service@weekview.de and we will prepare a quote with the appropriate shipping costs:
- United Kingdom
- Canary Islands (El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, La Palma, Lanzarote and Tenerife)
- Egypt
- Turkey
Due to customs regulations we are currently unable to deliver to the USA – not even on request. As soon as this changes, you will find it here.
Delivery time & tracking
Within Germany we usually deliver in 1–3 working days. As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will receive an e-mail with the DHL tracking link – so you always know where your parcel is. On request we also deliver to your DHL Packstation or post office: simply select it at checkout.

You can pay securely and conveniently by:
