Some days need
more room.
The weekly planner keeps the overview – the DayBook takes on the single day. Time blocking, tasks, notes and reflection, undated and ready to start any time. As a book of its own or as a booklet for the X17 system.
The daily companion alongside your weekly planner.
The DayBook doesn’t replace a calendar. It is the addition for those days when a single week line isn’t enough: project days, workshops, seminars, moving days, exam periods. The weekly planner holds the structure, the DayBook captures the day in detail.
It is undated. You start whenever you like and use only the days you need – nothing expires, nothing sits there empty.
On every daily page
- Time blocking – your day on the timeline.
- Tasks & to-dos for this one day.
- „Keep in view“ – what isn’t due today but must not be forgotten.
- Notes & thoughts with generous space.
- Reflection to close the day.
Four ideas built into every planner
They are the reason weekview plans differently from an ordinary calendar – and they open every planner as an introduction.
Recognise what matters
Life goals become yearly, quarterly and monthly goals – and from those come the concrete weekly priorities A, B and C.
Live in the rhythm of the week
The week is the natural beat. Six days of work, one day of rest: close the old week, begin the new one deliberately.
Strengthen the inner person
Outward action follows what is within. That is why every week carries a quote that invites you to think.
Keep life in view
A quarter of an hour of planning saves days of work. Thoughts get a fixed place – and are found again.
Book of its own or X17 booklet?
The daily page is the same in both – time blocking, tasks, „keep in view“, notes and reflection. The difference is where it sits. Switch over and compare.

DayBook A6+
A book of its own in the format of the weekview compact. It sits beside your weekly planner – or travels in your bag on its own when only the day counts.
- Lasts at least a quarter of intensive days
- Dimensions 18.5 × 12.3 × 1.2 cm – fits in a jacket pocket or handbag
- Plus equipment with corner pocket, pen loop and sticker set
- Same format as the compact – the two stack neatly

X17 DayBook A5
A booklet in the same cover as your weekly planning. One book less to carry – and the day sits right next to the week.
- 1 day across 2 pages – 31 double pages for full days
- 1 day on 1 page – 62 pages, more compact, twice as many days
- Both undated, with 5 additional notes pages
- Combines with weekly planners and all other X17 booklets
Undecided? If you have an X17 cover, take the booklet. If you don’t, take the book.
The same daily page – whichever you choose
Time blocking
The timeline for the course of your day. Appointments, blocks and buffers sit where they belong – and you see at a glance what is still free.
Tasks & to-dos
What should happen today, all in one place. Not the weekly list, but the extract for this one day.
„Keep in view“
The area for everything that is not due today but must not slip through – follow-ups, open replies, commitments.
Notes & thoughts
Generous space for jottings, ideas and interim results. So your weekly planner stays clean.
Reflection
A short look back at the end of the day: what went well, what do I take with me, what carries on tomorrow?
Undated
No obligation to use it daily. You start on any day you like and use only what you need – nothing expires.
A book of its own – or a booklet in the system
The content is the same in both. The only question is: Where should the day live?
If you don’t use an X17 planner, or you want to keep the day deliberately separate, take the DayBook A6+. It is a book of its own in the format of the weekview compact and fits in any jacket pocket or handbag.
If you already plan with an X17 cover, take the X17 DayBook. As an A5 booklet it slots into the same cover as your weekly planning – one book less to carry.
With the X17 there is one more choice: 1 day across 2 pages for full days, or 1 day on 1 page, if one page is enough and you would rather fit in twice as many days.
Three everyday lives, three answers
The same question, three answers – maybe yours is among them.
„Only on some days.“
Most weeks run through the weekly planner. But moving day, exam season, the workshop – those need a page of their own. Undated means: nothing expires if it sits unused for a fortnight.
DayBook A6+„My day is full.“
Appointments, phone calls, three things running at once. One double page per day, right beside the weekly planning in the same cover – and in the evening the reflection sits underneath.
X17 DayBook 1 day / 2 pages„One page is enough for me.“
Time blocking, a few tasks, one line of reflection. That way the booklet lasts sixty days instead of thirty – and the cover stays slim.
