weekview compact · note and extended

Fits in any pocket.
And into your year.

The weekly planner in A6+ format – in two versions: note with a large notes section for twelve months, extended with eighteen months in one go. The same system, two lengths.

Made in Germany12 × 18 cm A6+80 g FSC paper
What is the compact?

A whole system on 12 × 18 cm.

The compact is not a stripped-down pocket diary. It brings the same weekview time-planning system as the big planners – yearly and life goals, quarterly thinking, weekly priorities A/B/C, project overview and reflection – simply in a format that slips into a jacket pocket.

It comes in two versions. They do not differ in content but in the length of the calendar – and in what the space you gain is used for.

Why two versions?

  • note trades six months of calendar for 67 pages of free space.
  • extended plans 18 months in one go – right across the turn of the year.
  • Same system – you do not have to get used to anything new.
  • Hardcover, thread binding and 80 g FSC paper in both.
The weekview principle

Four ideas inside every planner

They are the reason weekview plans differently from an ordinary calendar – and they open every planner as an introduction.

PRINCIPLE 1

Recognise what matters

Life goals become yearly, quarterly and monthly goals – and from those come the concrete weekly priorities A, B and C.

PRINCIPLE 2

Live in the rhythm of the week

The week is the natural beat. Six days of work, one day of rest: close the old week, begin the new one deliberately.

PRINCIPLE 3

Strengthen the inner person

Outward action follows what is inside. That is why every week carries a quote that invites reflection.

PRINCIPLE 4

Keep life in view

A quarter of an hour of planning saves days of work. Thoughts get a fixed place – and are found again.

The one question

note or extended?

Both bring the same planning system – weekly priorities, quarterly thinking, goals and reflection. The difference is the length of the calendar. Switch over and compare.

The decision

Space to write – or time to plan ahead

There is only one question, and it has nothing to do with the format: What do you need the space for?

If ideas, lists and jottings keep piling up alongside the week, take the note. It gives up six months of calendar and gives you 67 pages of free space.

If you are already planning next year in autumn, take the extended. Its calendar runs from October 2026 to March 2028 – with no gap across the turn of the year.

The planning system behind them is the same in both. All you decide is what the pages are for.

compact note A6+Format A6+, 223 pages, of which 67 pages of lists, notes and contacts. Three equipment levels, five colours. Edition 2026.
compact extended A6+Format A6+, 224 pages, calendar Oct 2026 to March 2028. Three equipment levels, three colours. Edition 2027.
Both togetherThe extended plans the year, the note catches whatever comes up along the way. Because the system is identical, switching costs you no rethinking.
Who plans with what

Three everyday lives, three answers

The same question, three answers – yours may well be among them.

note

“Something keeps coming to mind.”

Ideas on the train, shopping lists, jottings from a seminar. The week is one thing – but your head needs space beside it, and in the same book.

compact note A6+
extended

“I am already planning next year.”

In October the January dates are already set. Terms, seasons and financial years do not end on 31 December – and your planner should not either.

compact extended A6+
Both

“Appointments and thoughts kept apart.”

The extended holds the timeline across eighteen months, the note collects what gets thought and written down. Two books, one system.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the compact

What is the difference between note and extended?
The length of the calendar. The note covers twelve months and uses the space gained for 67 pages of lists, notes and contacts. The extended plans 18 months in one go – from October 2026 to March 2028. The planning system is identical in both.
How big is A6+ exactly?
About 12 × 18.1 × 1.5 cm – slightly larger than classic A6 (10.5 × 14.8 cm). That leaves room to write, and the planner still fits into a jacket pocket, handbag and rucksack.
Which equipment levels are there?
Both versions come as Classic, Plus and Premium. Classic is the planner itself; Plus and Premium add accessories such as an elastic band, ribbon markers, stickers and a slip-in pocket.
Which colours can I choose from?
The note comes in five colours: Black, White, Green, Morning Rose and Berry. The extended in three: Black, Grey and Sunrise. The content is identical in every colour.
Which paper and which binding?
80 g FSC paper, opaque and fountain-pen friendly, with hard-wearing thread binding – the planner lies flat. Hardcover with rounded corners, made in Germany.
What is ABC prioritisation?
Every week starts with the question of what really counts. A are the tasks that have to happen this week, B the important ones, C the desirable ones. Sort like that and you no longer work through the week – you shape it.
