A printed planner arrives exactly as it was bound. A print version arrives exactly as you need it: on the paper you like, with the punching that fits your binder, in the quantity you need right now – a quarter, half a year or the whole year at once.
That is the real point: print single-sided and you can use the back as a notes area and swap sheets one by one. Print double-sided and you save paper and space in the binder. Both come as separate files – you do not have to change a thing.
And once bought, it stays printable. A week that went wrong costs one sheet, not a new planner. A year overview hangs in two rooms if you print it twice.

The week has a header
Top left is the week: Wk 01, beside it the month and calendar week, below it the quarter dots. One look is enough to know where in the year you are – and how much of the quarter has gone.
Three weeks ahead
To the right of the week header sit Wk 02, 03 and 04 with their Sunday dates. Appointments that are not due until next week or the week after already have a place before the week has even begun.
Priorities first, then the appointments
Prio A is what really counts this week – three lines, no more. Prio B is what comes after that. The split forces a decision, and that is exactly what planning in weeks is about.
The room for thinking
The right-hand page is dot grid: room for goals, priorities and notes, for sketches, figures and everything that piles up during the week. Top right there is a quote for the week.
At the end you take stock
The reflection line captures the standout events and experiences of the week. It is deliberately short – fill it in and you carry something from every week into the next.
Six days, each with times
Along the bottom the day columns run from Monday to Saturday, each with a timeline from 6 to 19 hrs. Appointments sit where they belong in time, instead of one under the other in a list.
The week starts and ends on Sunday
Bottom left is Sun 03, bottom right Sun 10. The weekview week begins on Sunday evening: plan then and Monday is already behind you before it starts – and you close the week on the Sunday that follows.
Why a print version at all? Because a sheet of paper does not distract. No battery, no notification, no switching – and it lies beside the keyboard while the screen shows something else.
