Theme worlds

Five weeks.
Five ways of life.

The same week, five different jobs: running the business, holding the family together, working with focus, finishing a project, understanding your own life. Every world shows which weekview tools fit – and why.

What a theme world is

Not the product first – the week.

A planner is quickly bought. The harder question comes first: what actually needs to change in my week? That is exactly where the theme worlds come in.

Every world describes a situation in life that many people know – and then shows which planners, inserts and boards fit it. Not a catalogue, but a route: the situation first, then the tools.

All five rest on the same foundation: the week as the basic unit, and the cycle of Recognise, Plan, Do and Root.

How to find your world

  • You lead a team or a company → Business
  • The family calendar lives in your head → Family
  • You have no time for what matters → Focus
  • You have a project that needs finishing → Project
  • You want to understand what really carries you → Reflection

More than one applies? That is the norm. Start with the one that presses hardest right now.

The five worlds

Choose the week that suits you.

Every world leads to its own page with the thinking behind it, the products that fit and the questions people ask most.

Business-Woche bei weekviewWorld 01 · Goals, priorities and projects in a weekly rhythm

Success can be planned.

Business week

People who get a lot done at work rarely lose sight of what matters for lack of time — but because nobody is leading the week. Here it gets a structure: goals, priorities A/B/C, projects and an eye on the quarter.

Familien-Woche bei weekviewWorld 02 · Appointments, tasks and arrangements visible to everyone

Everything in view. Without keeping it all in your head.

Family week

The effort is rarely in the driving or the packing. It is in the constant remembering — inside one single person’s head. This world spreads that knowledge onto paper, where everyone can see it.

Fokus-Woche bei weekviewWorld 03 · Deep work, clear goals and routines that hold

Give what matters your best hours.

Focus week

A calendar can be completely full without what matters ever appearing in it. Focus therefore does not begin with leaving things out, but with deciding what gets its place first.

Projekt-Woche bei weekviewWorld 04 · From the idea through milestones to the finish

An idea turns into something real.

Project week

Between the thought and the result lie the weeks that decide whether anything gets finished. Five phases, one cockpit and milestones you can actually see.

Reflexions-Woche bei weekviewWorld 05 · Looking back, insight and your own values

What you recognise can change you.

Reflection week

Planning alone is not enough. Only looking back turns experience into insight — and insight into the next, better week.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the theme worlds

What is the difference between the worlds?
Not the paper, but the question that comes before it. All five work with the same weekly structure; they differ in where they direct your attention – to goals, to the family, to what matters, to a project, or to what lies behind it all.
Do I have to choose just one?
No. Most people live several of them at once. The worlds are entry points, not pigeonholes – if you plan professionally and have children, you will find something in both.
Are these products of their own?
No. Every world leads to planners, inserts and boards that already exist. What is new is the order: the situation in life first, then the right tool.
Where do I start if I have nothing yet?
With the world whose description comes closest to you. Each one tells you which planner forms the basis and what sensibly goes with it.
What lies behind all five?
The week as the basic unit and the cycle of Recognise, Plan, Do and Root. More on that under Concept & Practice.
The beginning

One week. Your life.

Five routes into the same structure. Start with the world that presses hardest right now – the others will still be there.
