Four inks.
One question: does it stay?

Erasable for the planner, permanent for anything binding, wipeable for the board and highlighters for picking things out. All four from Pilot – so they get along inside the same planner.

The real question

Not the colour. The ink.

In the shop you pick a pen by colour and line width. In everyday planning, something else decides: Is what you write meant to stay?

In your planner the answer is almost always no. Appointments move, tasks wander, priorities turn around – which is why an erasable pen belongs there. On the folder, on the label, under the contract the answer is yes: permanent.

On the board, on the other hand, the week needs to be wiped away , and the highlighter picks things out without becoming content itself. Four answers, four inks.

What all four have in common

  • All from Pilot – so they get along on the same paper
  • Line widths that suit the weekview planners
  • Refillable where it makes sense – refills and cartridges under accessories
  • No show-through on the planner paper
  • Available singly and in sets
  • Prices from 1.50 €
The weekview principle

Four ideas that hang on the pen as well

They are the reason weekview plans differently from an ordinary calendar – and they open every planner as an introduction.

PRINCIPLE 1

Recognise what matters

Life goals become yearly, quarterly and monthly goals – and from those come the concrete weekly priorities A, B and C.

PRINCIPLE 2

Live in the rhythm of the week

The week is the natural beat. If you plan it, you have to be able to change it – that is what the erasable ink is for.

PRINCIPLE 3

Strengthen the inner person

Outward action follows what is inside. A planner in which nothing may be corrected does not invite reflection.

PRINCIPLE 4

Keep life in view

A quarter of an hour of planning saves days of work – if the pen is within reach and the line can still be changed.

The one question

Does it stay – or not?

Four inks for four answers. Switch between them and compare which one suits what you are about to write.

Whichever route you take

This applies to every pen here

One brand

All four types come from Pilot. That is no accident – they are meant to work side by side on the same paper.

Matching line widths

The tips are matched to the fields in the weekview planners. A line that is too broad makes the weekly column unusable.

Refillable

FriXion pens take refills, the whiteboard markers take cartridges. The pen stays, only the filling is swapped.

No show-through

On the planner paper the reverse side stays clean – even with the highlighter.

Singly and in sets

Singly to try out, in sets to work with. You can always restock colour by colour.

The temperature rule

Erasable ink disappears above 65 °C and comes back in strong cold. Once you know that, you stop leaving your planner in the car.

The decision

What are you writing right now?

The question is not which pen is best – it is which one suits what is on your desk right now.

In the Planner: erasable. Appointments move, and nobody reads a page full of crossings-out. The FriXion is the pen that belongs to the weekview system.

On the folder, on the label, under the contract: permanent. Document-proof, waterproof, lightfast – and deliberately not removable.

On the Board: wipeable. The V-Board Master S hangs magnetically alongside and has the wiper right in the cap. And for highlighting: the FriXion Light, erasable like its big brother.

Who reaches for which

Three sentences you hear a lot

The same week, the same hand – and still three different pens.

Planner

“Something changes for me all the time.”

Appointments move, tasks slip. With erasable ink the page stays legible – even after the fifth change.

Frequently asked questions

Before you decide

Which pen should I use for the planner?
The erasable FriXion. It is matched to the field sizes of the weekview planners and allows corrections without ruining the page.
Can I sign contracts with the FriXion?
No. Erasable ink is not document-proof. For that, use the permanent pens.
What happens in heat and cold?
Erasable ink turns invisible above 65 °C – including inside a car in summer. In strong cold the writing reappears.
Which pen belongs on the whiteboard?
The V-Board Master S. Neither a FriXion nor a permanent marker belongs on wipeable surfaces – one does not adhere properly, the other only comes off with solvent.
Can every pen be refilled?
The FriXion models take refills, the whiteboard markers take cartridges. With highlighters and most permanent markers the pen itself is the unit.
Why are all the pens from Pilot?
Because they are meant to work together: the same ink logic, line widths tuned to one another, and a range in which refills and cartridges are easy to find again.
Make your choice

First the question. Then the pen.

Erasable for the planner, permanent for anything binding, wipeable for the board – and the highlighter for everything in between.

We love the week.
