weekview Inserts 2027

Your ring binder stays.
Only the contents are new.

Diary inserts for ring binder planners – in two formats: A5 Business for the desk, A6 Personal for on the go. Weekly planning, quarterly thinking and a notes section in one system that you simply refill each year.

Made in GermanySince 2010 week-focusedStandard hole punching Filofax & co.
What are inserts?

Inserts – or inserts – are the calendar section you refill.

Your ring binder, your cover, your leather: it all stays. You swap the calendar pages just once a year. That is kinder to your wallet and to resources – and you stay with the system that works for you.

Both weekview inserts are punched and fit the common ring binder planners. They contain the complete weekview time planning system: weekly planning with priorities, quarterly thinking, year overviews and a notes section.

Why inserts instead of a new planner?

  • Sustainable: the cover stays, only the paper is new.
  • Cheaper than a complete bound diary.
  • Familiar: the same structure year after year.
  • Combinable with notes, index tabs and pockets.
The weekview principle

Four ideas inside every insert

They are the reason weekview plans differently from an ordinary diary – and they open every planner as an introduction.

PRINCIPLE 1

Recognise what matters

Life goals become yearly, quarterly and monthly goals – and from those come the concrete weekly priorities A, B and C.

PRINCIPLE 2

Live by the weekly rhythm

The week is the natural beat. Six days of work, one day of rest: close the old week, begin the new one deliberately.

PRINCIPLE 3

Strengthen the inner person

Outward action follows what is within. That is why every week carries a quotation that invites reflection.

PRINCIPLE 4

Keep sight of your life

A quarter of an hour of planning saves days of work. Thoughts get a fixed place – and are found again.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about inserts

What are diary inserts?
Diary inserts – also known simply as inserts – are the punched calendar section for ring binder planners. Instead of buying a complete planner every year, you swap out the calendar pages only. The cover, index tabs and accessories all stay.
Which format suits me – A5 or A6?
The Business inserts A5 are the large desk format with a time axis and project tools. The Personal inserts A6 (95 × 170 mm) are compact for on the go – with a note management section. Both use the same weekly principle.
Do the inserts fit my Filofax?
Yes. The Business inserts have the Filofax A5 hole punching, the Personal inserts the classic Personal hole punching. That means they fit the common ring binder systems in these formats.
Are the inserts punched?
Yes, both inserts arrive ready-punched and can be filed straight away.
What is the difference from a bound diary?
A bound diary is fixed. Inserts are loose sheets for ring binders: you can reorder pages, add your own note sheets and renew just the calendar section each year.
Are the inserts also available to print yourself?
The Business inserts A5 also come as a print version as a PDF – single-sided or double-sided, ready to download the moment you buy.
