How many notebooks fit into an X17 cover?
The 4-pack covers hold up to four notebooks at once, the 2-pack covers hold two. They are kept in place by ElastiX elastics that you can rearrange at any time.
Do I have to buy a new cover every year?
No. The cover is the permanent part of the system – it stays. At the turn of the year you swap only the dated weekly notebook; notes, dividers and lists simply move across with it.
What is the difference between Business and compact?
Both are weekly planners in A5 format. Business gives the week more space per day and room for appointments and tasks; compact keeps the week tighter and leaves more room for free notes.
Do the notebooks fit other systems too?
The X17 notebooks are made for X17 covers and are held by elastics – they are not punched. For ring binders with Filofax punching there are the weekview inserts in A5 and Personal.
Which cover material should I choose?
Leather ages most beautifully and is the toughest of them all. LEFA is lighter and cheaper, Texon is washable and colourful, and the vegan version does entirely without animal materials. All four last equally well.
