Weekly reflection

Closing the week without looking back is a mistake.

A weekview planner with a reflection field at the weekend
Five minutes that let You grow.
In brief:

At weekview, weekly reflection means: You deliberately close the week with a short, written look back – ideally on Saturday. After that comes a 24-hour break (Sat 6 pm – Sun 6 pm), and the planning of the new week on Sunday evening. Reflection is a must, not an optional extra – it is Your learning booster.

Why reflection is a must

Without a review You repeat the same patterns. With a weekly summary, slow developments become visible – as if in Time-lapse. You recognize what works and correct early instead of only at the end of the year.

weekview principle

Reflection is a must

"Closing the week without reflection is a mistake." Weekly, in writing, short – that is enough.

How it works in 5 minutes

  • What went well? Three things that worked.
  • What didn't go well? Three things – without self-criticism, just honestly.
  • What do I take with me? One decision for the coming week.

It doesn't take more. Three questions, five minutes, Saturday evening.

Reflection and the new rhythm

At weekview, reflection is on Saturday. After that the 24-hour break begins, from Saturday 6 pm to Sunday 6 pm – real recovery. The new week is ideally planned on Sunday evening, with a clear head.
