Can I get an invoice with a VAT ID and company name?

Yes — B2B orders automatically receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately and all company details. For EU companies outside Germany, intra-community supply is also possible.

How long does a bulk order take to arrive?

Standard orders without branding: 3–5 working days. With individual embossing or printing: 10–15 working days after print approval.
