The week as your unit of measure
A day is too close up, a month too far away. That is why the compact note plans in weeks – each one on its own double page. On the left you will find the goals and motto for the week and your priorities based on the ABC system: A is what gets finished, B is what you work on, C is everything else. On the right sit the seven days, each with two columns – one for appointments, one for what follows from them.
Above every week runs a band showing the previous and the following week. So you always see what is coming your way without having to flick back and forth. And in the bottom left there is a quote – a small weekly pause in all the busyness.
The calendar starts as early as week 53 on 28 December 2026 and runs right through to 2 January 2028. So the turn of the year does not fall between two books.

From the year, through the quarter, into the week
The compact note carries your goals all the way down instead of letting them fade away on a single page. It starts with your 2027 goals for four areas of life – personal, family and friends, work, community and society. Right beside them sits the project overview: a grid spanning all 52 calendar weeks where you plot your projects with start, milestone, meeting, completion and deadline – including an outlook on the 2028 quarters.
Every quarter gets three pages of its own. On the plan your quarter pages you gather your themes and set a motto for the quarter. The quarterly overview spreads them across the weeks. And the quarterly monitor is the page most planners simply do not have: here you record nothing but facts – hours worked, training sessions, learning progress, how you are feeling – and after twelve weeks you see what actually happened instead of what was planned.
At the end, the book closes the loop: an annual review by area of life, a summary with six questions on strengths, weaknesses and relationships – and your goals for 2028, which you note down right here.

Five colours, three equipment levels
The compact note 2027 comes in Black, Deep Teal, Cypress Green, Peach and Coral Red. The contents are identical in every version – what differs is the extras.
Classic comes with an elastic band, two ribbon bookmarks, 366 well thought-out stickers, the stick-in pocket and the year planner. Plus adds a corner pocket, a pen loop and index tabs. Premium throws in an erasable pen and a weekdori notebook on top.

Frequently asked questions
What period does the compact note 2027 cover?
The calendar starts with week 53 on 28 December 2026 and ends on 2 January 2028. The planner also includes year overviews for 2027 and 2028 as well as a date overview running from January 2027 to December 2028.
How is a week laid out?
Every week has a double page. On the left are goals and motto along with priorities A, B and C, plus a weekly quote and a dedicated field for Sunday. On the right, Monday to Friday each get two columns, with Saturday and Sunday below.
What is the quarterly monitor for?
This page is purely for recording facts – day by day or week by week. Important meetings, hours worked, regular activities, learning progress or how you are feeling, for example. That way you can see at the end of the quarter what actually took place.
How much space is there for notes?
20 lists, 3 table pages and 47 note pages in three grid types: squared, dot grid and blank with six fields. Lists and notes are numbered throughout and easy to find again via two overview pages.
Are school holidays included?
Yes. The holiday planner lists the school holidays for all 16 German federal states as well as the school and public holidays in Austria.
What is the difference between Classic, Plus and Premium?
The planner content is identical. Classic includes an elastic band, two ribbon bookmarks, 366 stickers, a stick-in pocket and the year planner. Plus adds a corner pocket, a pen loop and index tabs. Premium also comes with an erasable pen and a weekdori notebook.

Der Beste mit kleinem Schönheitsfehler
Der beste Kalender, den ich je besaß und seit Jahren gern nutze. Wenn da nicht die Ausgabe 2026 wäre, die bereits am 2. Januar erste Teile der Jahreszahl verlor (und richtig, sie klebten überall herum) und am Ende der ersten Woche vornherum ziemlich nackt dalag. Da halfen auch die zusätzlichen Aufkleber nicht viel. Dabei lag noch nicht mal richtiger Einsatz in diversen Taschen und Rucksäcken hinter ihm.
Schade, dass die Qualität nachgelassen hat, auch wenn es "nur" ein optischer Mangel ist.

Immer noch der für mich geeignetste Kalender
Top Kalender, aber auch für mich nur mit ein paar Anpassungen perfekt. Ich hätte gern mehr Platz und würde gern dafür den Sonntag mindestens halbieren und sehr gern auf die Zitate verzichten. Für mich gehören sie nicht in einen Kalender. Das gleiche gilt für mich für den A5- Kalender (x17-Modell)

Gibt nix Besseres, ich checke jährlich was es für weitere Angebote gibt aber lande immer wieder hier. Super Qualität, super PLV. Vielleicht mal ein paar weitere Stickersymbole wäre cool... danke und weiter so!

Gute Struktur, perfekte Größe, gute Papierqualität
Ich nutze die Kalender von Weekview bestimmt schon seit 10 Jahren und bin immer noch begeistert. Anfangs habe ich den Business Planer genutzt bin aber seit einigen Jahren auf den Compact Note umgestiegen. Die Größe ist perfekt für die tägliche Begleitung. Den Compact nutze ich tatsächlich überwiegend beruflich um die großen Ziele und Prioritäten nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren. Die kleinen täglichen Aufgaben sind eh im EDV System und man neigt dazu sich von diesen den Tagesablauf vereinnahmen zu lassen und hier hilft der Compact die übergeordnete Struktur im Blick zu halten.

Gut, mit eine paar Anpassungen wäre er für mich perfekt
Top Kalender, leider ist keine Jahresübersicht auf EINER Doppelseite drin und der Notizbereich dürfte etwas großzügiger sein, was für mich am wichtigsten wäre, dass der Kalender bereits im Dezember beginnt oder alternativ den Januar des Folgejahres beinhaltet....

Toller Kalender, nutze ihn schon seit Jahren.
Dieser Kalender hat alle, was ich brauche und ist noch dazu schön, was mich umso mehr dazu inspiriert, ihn auch zu nutzen. Außerdem mag ich die ethischen Grundsätze des Unternehmens.

Sehr gerne werde ich auch in den nächsten Jahren die Kalender von weekview nutzen. Ich bin rundherum mit den Kalendern zufrieden und kann sie nur wärmstens jedem empfehlen.
Ich benutze seit etlichen Jahren die Kalender von weekview. Sowohl den Compact Note, als auch die Business Planer A5 und A4 haben mich bereits begleitet. Für mich persönlich ist der Compact Note jetzt die erste Wahl. Hier kann ich alle privaten Termine und Aufgaben managen und viele Notizen erstellen. Das Format ist Klasse, da es einfacher als der Business Planer A5 als täglicher Begleiter dienen kann.
