A goal that sits in a file stops being opened by the second month. A goal on the wall is seen by everyone – every day, without anyone having to go looking for it. That is exactly what this board is made for: setting the goals of a quarter and keeping them in view, at home, in the office or in your team.
So that a goal never stays abstract, the quarter is divided into weeks . That way you see not only what is to be achieved, but also how many weeks are left for it – and where a stage is stalling.
You write the quarter and the year in at the top yourself – the sheet is undated and works in any year.
How the sheet is laid out
Top left sits the header field “Q_ 20__” with the designation TagBoard Quartal – you fill in the quarter number and year by hand.
Below it are the week fields in three rows – together the whole quarter. Each field has a small corner at the top for the calendar week (“Wk”) and lines below it for the individual days. To the left of every row there is space for a month, a theme or a stage.
The design is deliberately restrained – light grey lines, plenty of white space. What you write should stand out, not the form.
