How is our product delivered?
Our products are delivered by DHL.
Your order will be processed around the time you place your order or the next business day. Delivery normally takes 2-3 work days.
If a product should take longer, we will highlight these products on our site.
Shipping cost will be determined by weight and are as followed :
DHL Letter : EUR 2,50 < 500g EUR 3,00 > 500g
DHL parcels : EUR 5,90 (example: Wallplanner rolled)
International orders are processed differently, prices are determined by your location. Delivery charges will be calculated dependent on the size and weight.
Our delivery charges do not include any expenses for customs duty and/or VAT.
weekview is not responsible for any additional charges; these expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
If an invoice is required for an intra-Community delivery, please contact us.
Damages in transit are to be reported to the delivery service.
If your order is damaged or faulty, or you would like to return your order, please contact our customer services team at email@example.com via email.
Payments and Delivery
Your order may take 2-3 workings days to be delivered after your order has been processed or payment has been completed. Furthermore weekview reserves the right, to cancel any order if the ordered product is out of stock. If your order is cancelled or delayed, weekview will contact you via email. Credits for items will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Your order will be sent to the address you have provided.
No orders will be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Please note that we can not guarantee a delivery date for your order as we are bound to our service provider DHL. However, we can estimate a delivery date for you. Should you not be satisfied with the delivery date you have the right to withdraw your order.
All information and delivery dates are non-binding. There is no delivery promise if the customer specifies delivery times or prescribes delivery terms.
For all Damaged/Faulty products, please notify us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone.
In case of damage due to shipping, this must be immediately reported to the shipping agent, and a damage report must be filled out to secure the claim for damage compensation. However, the omission of this complaint does not have any consequences for your warranty claim.
In case of defects occurring to the item purchased during the statutory warranty period of two years, the consumer's statutory rights apply.
We would like to explicitly state
If goods need to be returned, the person who ordered the product is responsible for meeting the costs of the return shipment.
If the delivered product should have apparent defects such as material or manufacturing defects, the customer has to register a complaint immediately.
